Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original APORRO packaging, ensuring all authenticity cards, tags, and protective pouches are included.

  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request approval.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned jewelry for quality and condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
